Damian Fisher Fitness is owned and operated by Damian Fisher, is insured and has been licensed by the city of Greensboro as a service business since 1998. Damian has been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years as a personal trainer, franchise gym owner, personal training director and natural body building contest promoter in the Southeast. We provide training for beginners to professional athletes.

Why do I need a trainer?
A qualified trainer will help you define realistic goals, establish ways to measure them and then develop a plan to help you reach those goals while holding you accountable the entire way. Your trainer will inspire, motivate and educate you while he or she pushes and challenges you safely to your limit.
Is it expensive?
We offer a variety of plans. Rates are determined by the length and number of sessions you do each week and whether it’s one-on-one or group.
Will weight training make me big?
Resistance training increases lean body mass, which actually raises your metabolism, helps prevent injury, increases bone density and makes your body burn more calories and fat.
How can eating more help me lose weight?
Eating more of the right foods over multiple small meals and drinking plenty of water will actually stimulate your metabolism and help you lose weight more consistently and efficiently.
What certifications does my trainer need to have?
You want to be safe AND get results! Your trainer should be NATIONALLY CERTIFIED and should be able to provide references. All Damian Fisher Fitness trainers are certified and can provide solid, positive references. Please contact us if you’d like a reference.
Why do I need a trainer, can't I just read a book or watch a video?
Books, magazines, videos and apps are good sources for ideas and the fitness models in them can certainly inspire you. However, there is no substitute for personal accountability from a qualified fitness professional who knows your health history, personal lifestyle and will hold you accountable for your progress and effort multiple times per week or month.
How can I fit one more thing into my schedule?
At Damian Fisher Fitness, we know you’re juggling many responsibilities and adding one more to the list can seem overwhelming. That’s why we offer personalized training programs at our Greensboro facility or in the privacy and convenience of your home or office.
